One of the frustrating parts of being a woman in a space where there aren't a ton of women is the worry, real or not, that your opinion for this or that might be mistaken as the de facto opinion of the group. Which is why it is so heartening to read stories where multiple women discuss what it means to work and shop in the industry, like this one from the New York Times.
Journalist Rachel Felder brought four women from different aspects of the industry together to discuss what they actually see and want to see in watches today. The conversation between H. Jane Chon, Dana Li, Isabella Proia, and Katie Reed is a truly fantastic read full of insight and wisdom.
